Annuity Access Benefit

If a member has an urgent need to access their deferred annuity funds, and meets qualifying criteria, Catholic Knights will waive any surrender charges that would otherwise apply on annuity withdrawals.

• Ages 64 or younger
• Been disabled for three months or longer
• The owner, owner's spouse, or owner's child enrolls full time in an educational program beyond high school
• The owner enters a nursing home for three consecutive months or longer
• The owner or owner's spouse is diagnosed with a terminal illness with a life expectancy of 12 months or less
