Child Cancer Benefit

If a Catholic Knights child member is diagnosed with cancer, the child is eligible to receive a one-time grant of up to $5,000* to assist with medical care and other expenses associated with treatment.

To receive this benefit, at the time of the child's initially cancer diagnosis, he or she must be individually insured with Catholic Knights and must be under age 18.

Application must be made within six months of the initial diagnosis of the cancer and during the lifetime of the insured child.

*As a one-time grant, the benefit is not payable for recurring or multiple cancers.
