Medicare Supplement Insurance

Americans aged 65 or older and people with certain disabilities may qualify for Medicare, a federal health insurance program. Medicare Supplement Insurance is available to cover many of the costs not paid by Medicare.

These plans are often called "Medigap" policies because they help fill the "gaps" in the Original Medicare Plan, and will typically offer coverage for the Original Medicare Plan's deductibles, coinsurance amounts, and other mandated benefits.
