The Catholic Knights difference is caring. We care about our members, especially in their most difficult times. We understand the difficulty of the grieving process and have resources available to offer guidance and support to members and their families after the loss of a loved one.
When a death claim is processed, we offer a grief resources informational packet to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The packet, which is intended to assist in the healing process, contains a complimentary bookmark, pamphlet and a book, A Time to Grieve by Carol Staudacher.
The book is intended to provide comfort, support, and courage to survivors as they adapt to life without their loved one. It features quotations, meditations, and personal reflections from survivors to help the healing process after the death of a loved one. The book’s message help guide the survivor through three different phases of grief.
Also included in the packet is a reading list of books to consult for further assistance.
If you are interested in receiving these resources, please call our home office at 414-273-6266.
